Steve Nease created Nease, Inc. with a clear vision to provide quality work along with the same high standards, customer service and small town values that he learned growing up in Fort Myers.
A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, Steve discovered his love for the real estate and construction industry working summers for local builders as a teenager. In 1979, after graduating with an engineering degree, he returned to Fort Myers to set his dream in motion.
Now, more than three decades later, Nease, Inc. takes pride in our history of satisfied customers whether the work be a government, commercial or residential.
